摘　　要：供水GIS系统是水务信息化核心性平台系统之一,本文提出构建基于SaaS的GIS服务平台,以解决目前基于商业软件二次开发带来的开发成本高、运维难的问题,并以宁夏水投集团多组织应用案例证明了该技术的先进性和实用性,可低成本快速推广到其他同类型水务集团。The water supply GIS system is one of the core platform systems of water informatization. This article proposes to build a SaaS-based GIS service platform to solve the current problems of high development costs and difficult operation and maintenance caused by secondary development of commercial software, and proves the advancement and practicability of this technology with a multi-organisation application case of Ningxia Shuitou Yunlan Technology Co., Ltd., which can be quickly extended to other water groups of the same type at low cost.
