无人值守机房环境智能监控系统的设计实现

摘  要:近年来,随着信息通信的不断拓展,通信业务不断延伸,无人值守机房也随之不断增多,无人值守机房内安装有通信保障服务器、传输设备、网络设备等,机房面积小,软硬件资产密集,常年处于24小时不间断运行,一方面是无人值守机房没有专人值守,一旦出现设备故障我们不能及时发现,故障难定位,更无从下手,缺乏有效的维护支撑手段,对数据造成损失,另一方面是无人值守机房周边没有有效防护措施,零散人员和不明身份人员较多,周边环境比较复杂,机房设备及周边环境出现异常,将对设备运行、数据传输、存储服务器等系统的运行造成威胁,甚至瘫痪无法工作,严重时造成设备直接经济损失。没有自动监控报警平台,无法实现闭环化、自动化管理。针对此情况我们提出建设无人值守机房智能化监控系统,提高设备工作的稳定性和设备周边的安全,对发生的告警信息通过远程可以及时妥善处理,使机房值班人员能够实时了解到机房工作状态和周边的安全,达到有效控制和管理,确保通信业务的不间断,提高通信服务质量。In recent years, with the continuous development of information and communication, communication services continue to extend, unattended machine rooms are also increasing. Unattended machine room is equipped with communication support server, transmission equipment, network equipment, etc. The machine room area is small, hardware and software assets are dense, and it is in 24 hours uninterrupted operation all year round. On the one hand, there is no special person on duty in the unattended machine room, and once the equipment fails, we cannot find it in time, the fault is difficult to locate, but also unable to start, and the lack of effective maintenance support means, causing loss of data. On the other hand, there are no effective protective measures around the unattended machine room. There are many scattered personnel and unidentified personnel, and the surrounding environment is complex. If the equipment in the machine room and the surrounding environment are abnormal, the device running, data transmission, and storage server and other system running may be threatened, or even the system may break down and fail to work. In serious cases, the device may suffer direct economic losses. Without automatic monitoring and alarm platform, closed-loop and automatic management cannot be realized. In response to this situation, we recommend implementing an unattended intelligent monitoring system in the machine room to enhance equipment stability and security. Remote alarm handling will provide real-time situational awareness for on-duty personnel, ensuring uninterrupted communication services and improved quality.
