摘　　要：本文通过梳理英美法系专家证人制度的沿革、专家证人的分类和专家证人的法律地位,结合我国鉴定人制度的现状和我国鉴定人制度的改革动向,提出可建设性地吸收英美法系专家证人制度的合理之处,从鉴定人的资格、鉴定人的出庭和专家辅助人制度等方面完善我国的鉴定人制度。This paper comprehensively reviews the evolution, classification and legal status of expert witnesses in the Anglo-American legal system, combines the current situation and reform trends of China’s crime identification personnel system, proposes to reasonably absorb the advantages of the expert witness system in Anglo-American legal system, and improve China’s crime identification personnel system from aspects of qualification of identification personnel, court appearance of identification personnel and expert auxiliary personnel system.
