摘　　要：企业是市场经济中最基本、最活跃的市场主体,其市场地位的独立性和市场竞争的充分性都有赖于健全的法治基础和法治环境。本文试就“法律进企业”现行模式实施中存在的主要问题进行分析,并对现代市场经济条件下“法律进企业”的模式重构提出若干设想。Enterprises are the most basic and active market entities in the market economy, and the independence of their market po-sition and the adequacy of market competition depend on a sound foundation and environment for the rule of law. This paper attempts to analyze the main problems in the implementation of the current model of “law into enterprise”, and puts forward some ideas for the reconstruction of the model of “law into enterprise” under the conditions of modern market economy.
