摘　　要：文章以中国裁判文书网公布的案例为例,对票据纠纷中持票人票据来源的合法性问题展开讨论,分析持票人的直接前手未对双方之间的基础法律关系提出异议时,人民法院应否进行审查以及审查的标准、举证责任的分配问题。Taking the case published by China Judicial Documents Network as an example, the paper discusses the legitimacy of the bill holder’s bill source in the bill dispute, the question of whether the People’s Court should conduct the examination and the standard of examination and the allocation of the burden of proof when the holder’s immediate predecessor has not raised any objection to the fundamental legal relationship between the two parties.
