摘　　要：国际和平与安全是一切发展的基石,禁止使用武力原则是国际法上的基本原则。第一章全面细致的论述禁止使用武力原则的基本内涵。第一节论述关于该原则的起源发展以及最终确定。第二节论述该原则的具体适用范围。第三节论述关于该原则所谴责禁止的行为;第二章主要论述该原则的例外情况,主要包括联合国安理会采取或授权的行动以及单独自卫权和集体自卫权。International peace and security are the cornerstone of all development, and the principle of prohibiting the use of force is a fundamental principle in international law. The first chapter discusses the principle of prohibiting the use of force in a comprehensive and detailed way. The first section discusses the origin, development and final determination of the principle. The second section discusses the specific scope of application of the principle. Section three deals with the prohibited acts condemned by the principle;The second chapter mainly discusses the exceptions of the principle, including the action taken or authorized by the UN Security Council and the right of individual self-defense and the right of collective self-defense.
