摘　　要：家事调解制度作为替代家事审判的关键工具,在推动家事审判改革方面扮演着至关重要的角色。然而,随着家事案件数量的不断增加,我国的家事调解制度逐渐显露出无法准确适用的问题,面临多个方面的挑战。为此,本文从调解程序、调解主体、以及配套机制等三个方面着手,对我国的家事纠纷诉讼调解制度提出完善建议。The family mediation system, as a crucial alternative to family court proceedings, plays a pivotal role in driving reforms in family adjudication. However, with the increasing number of family cases, issues arise regarding the accurate application of our country’s family mediation system, facing challenges from multiple aspects. Therefore, this paper will delve into various issues involving procedures, mediation participants, and supporting mechanisms, aiming to seek improvements in our country’s system for mediating family disputes in litigation.
