As a representative product combining traditional tea culture and modern innovation, Guizhou Matcha has gradually gained a considerable market share on the e-commerce platform. Through the analysis of Guizhou Matcha market, this paper discusses its market performance, consumer demand, competition pattern and marketing strategy on the e-commerce platform. Through data analysis, case study and consumer behavior analysis, this paper expounds on the development potential and challenges of Guizhou Matcha on the e-commerce platform, which provides reference for the e-commerce of cultural products in other places in Guizhou.
