乡村振兴战略下社会工作助推农村电商物流发展的路径探析

摘　　要：十九大以来,乡村振兴战略工作如火如荼地进行着,电商物流作为推动农村经济发展的重要新兴力量之一,在提升农产品流通效率、促进农村就业以及优化农村消费结构等诸方面都发挥了重要作用,为农村经济注入了新的活力与机遇。然而,当前我国农村电商物流仍存在一系列困境,如物流体系不完善、配送成本高、专业人才缺乏等。社会工作作为专业的服务手段,能够为农村电商物流提供助力,并且农村电商物流的发展也需要多元主体共同参与、相互合作。基于此,本文以协同治理理论为指导,从社会工作助力农村电商物流发展的可行性着眼,对社会工作助推农村电商物流发展的路径进行了探索。Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the rural revitalization strategy has been carried out in full swing. As one of the important emerging forces promoting rural economic development, e-commerce logistics has played an important role in improving the circulation efficiency of agricultural products, promoting rural employment, and optimizing the rural consumption structure, injecting new vitality and opportunities into the rural economy. However, at present, there are still a series of difficulties in rural e-commerce logistics in China, such as imperfect logistics systems, high distribution costs, and a lack of professional talents. Social work, as a professional service method, can provide assistance for rural e-commerce logistics, and the development of rural e-commerce logistics also requires the joint participation and cooperation of multiple subjects. Based on this, under the guidance of the collaborative governance theory, starting from the feasibility of social work promoting the development of rural e-commerce logistics, this paper explores the paths for social work to boost the development of rural e-commerce logistics.
