摘　　要：为了深入落实党的十九大精神和十九届三中、四中全会精神,积极实施改善我国水环境工程质量的政策措施,逐步改善乡村地区水环境治理水平,对农村地区污水处理进行评估具有重要的意义。本论文通过剖析乡村污水处理经营过程和管理现状,提出构建乡村污水处理绩效评价系统,并进行有效监督,以满足国家建设美丽现代化农村的发展需求。In order to thoroughly implement the spirits ofthe 19th Party Congress and the spirits of the 3rd and 4th Plenary Sessions ofthe 19th Central Committee, actively implement the policy of improving thequality of water environment, and gradually promote the rural water environmentmanagement, it is very important to evaluate the rural sewage disposalperformance. By analyzing the current situation of the operating process andmanagement of rural sewage disposal, this thesis proposes the construction of arural sewage disposal performance evaluation system and effective supervisionin order to meet the needs of national development to build a beautiful andmodern rural area.
