养老需求的性别差异研究——基于豫赣冀三省的调查研究分析

摘　　要：本文旨在深入探讨和分析我国当前社会背景下,养老风险与需求在性别间的差异性问题。通过对冀、豫、赣三地养老风险与需求方面的性别差异的研究与调查以及大量实证数据的收集、整理和深度剖析,探寻养老风险与需求的多元性以及性别间的异质性,深入了解调查对象的养老需求——包括内在需求与外在需求或者经济需求与非经济需求的现状,发现其存在的养老风险及问题,分析其存在的性别差异。从而为女性规避养老风险提出可行性的建议,以推动女性养老质量的提高,并贯彻落实男女平等基本国策,完善社会养老的性别结构,促进社会和谐稳定,满足老年女性的差异化养老需求。The purpose of this paper is to deeply explore and analyze the differences between the risks and needs of old-age care in the current social background of China. Through the research and investigation of gender differences in pension risks and needs in Hebei, Henan and Jiangxi, as well as the collection, collation and in-depth analysis of a large number of empirical data, this paper explores the diversity of pension risks and needs and the heterogeneity between genders, deeply understands the pension needs of the survey subjects, including the current situation of internal and external needs or economic needs and non-economic needs, discovers the existing pension risks and problems, and analyzes the gender differences. In order to put forward feasible suggestions for women to avoid the risk of pension, so as to promote the improvement of the quality of women’s pension, and implement the basic national policy of equality between men and women, improve the gender structure of social pension, promote social harmony and stability, and meet the differentiated pension needs of elderly women.
