摘　　要：上海市作为我国最发达的城市之一,其区位优势以及完善的政策引导使得外资大量涌入,引进的外资不仅对当地的经济产生积极影响同时引起连锁反应,使得就业及就业结构也在发展着正向变动。本文结合相关理论并选取2005~2019年度数据并通过ADF检验来研究外商直接投资对上海市就业的影响。结果表明:从整体上看,FDI可以促进上海市二三产业的就业数量,但就业人数的增长对FDI没有影响。因此上海市要积极引进外资,同时保证引资的质量,保证外资企业对就业及就业结构有着正向促进作用。其次也要加强对外资企业的监管,并且完善相关法律政策,推动上海市经济持续发展和就业稳定。As one of the most developed cities in China, Shanghai’s location advantages and sound policy guidance have led to a large influx of foreign capital. The foreign capital introduced has not only had a positive impact on the local economy but also caused a chain reaction, making the employment and employment structure also develop in a positive way. This paper combines relevant theories and selects the data from 2005 to 2019 to study the impact of FDI on employment in Shanghai through ADF test. The results show that, on the whole, FDI can promote the employment of the secondary and tertiary industries in Shanghai, but the growth of employment has no impact on FDI. Therefore, Shanghai should actively introduce foreign capital and ensure the quality of investment. Such foreign-funded enterprises will play a positive role in promoting employment and employment structure. Secondly, we should also strengthen the supervision of foreign-funded enterprises and improve relevant laws and policies, so as to promote the sustainable economic development and employment stability of Shanghai.
