摘 要:随着信息科技的发展,征信业的重要性日益突出,与此同时,也给征信业的发展提出了新的要求。作为征信生态圈中非常重要的一环,商业银行既是信用信息的提供者,更是征信信息的使用者。商业银行在对征信的管理中存在信息获取成本或将增加、征信报告异议处理不规范、对客户的征信调查工作不合理等问题。因此,商业银行参与并推进征信业市场的建设和发展,需要处理好发展和规范的关系、守正与创新的关系、共享和安全的关系,逐步形成适应市场规律的征信业基础性制度和长效机制。With the development of information technology, the importance of the credit investigation industry is becoming increasingly prominent, and at the same time, it also puts forward new requirements for the development of the credit investigation industry. As a very important part of the credit information ecosystem, commercial banks are not only the providers of credit information, but also the users of credit information. In the management of credit investigation, commercial banks have some problems, such as the increase in information acquisition cost, non-standard handling of objections in credit investigation reports, and unreasonable credit investigation of customers. Therefore, to participate in and promote the construction and development of the credit investigation market, commercial banks need to deal with the relationship between development and standardization, the relationship between integrity and innovation, and the relationship between sharing and security, and then gradually form the basic system and long-term mechanism of the credit investigation industry that adapt to the law of the market.
