成渝地区双城经济圈高质量发展水平测度及影响因素研究

摘　　要：成渝地区双城经济圈作为西部发展的重要引擎,在国家发展布局中有着重要的战略地位。通过探讨高质量发展内涵和评估测量指标,构建了包括经济活力、科技创新、绿色发展、人民生活和城乡协调共20个测量指标。基于熵值法测算成渝地区双城经济圈16个地级及以上城市2011~2021年高质量发展指数,同时通过选取空间误差模型分析高质量发展的影响因素。结果表明,2011~2021年间成渝地区双城经济圈经济活力、科技创新和人民生活发展指数处于上升态势,而城乡协调总体下滑。技术进步等与高质量发展水平存在正向相关。总体而言,成渝地区双城经济圈高质量发展态势较好,但要在科技创新、产业升级和城镇规模方面稳定提升以进一步推进高质量发展。As an important engine of Western development, the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle plays an important strategic position in the national development layout. By exploring the connotation of high-quality development and evaluating the measurement indicators, a total of 20 measurement indicators, including economic vitality, scientific and technological innovation, green development, people’s lives, and urban-rural coordination, were constructed. Based on the entropy method, the high-quality development index of 16 prefecture-level and above cities in the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle from 2011 to 2021 is calculated, and the influencing factors of high-quality development are analyzed by selecting a spatial error model. The results show that the index of economic vitality, scientific and technological innovation and people’s life development of the twin-city economic circle in the Chengdu-Chongqing area is on the rise during 2011-2021, while the urban-rural coordination is on the decline.
