农户农地经营权抵押贷款意愿与影响因素分析——以山东省菏泽市为例

摘　　要：农地经营权抵押是农村金融的主要内容之一,分析农户农地经营权抵押贷款意愿及其影响因素对农业供给侧结构性改革具有重要的理论和现实意义。本文以山东省菏泽市289位农户的调查数据为依据,运用spss列联表分析法,对农户农地经营权抵押贷款意愿与影响因素进行实证分析。研究表明,农户农地经营权抵押贷款意愿相对较高,但也有部分农户不愿意抵押贷款。农户农地经营权抵押贷款意愿主要受年龄、受教育程度、土地经营规模和相关政策认知程度的影响。在此基础上,提出了推进农户农地经营权抵押贷款发展的对策建议。The mortgage of farmland management right is one of the main contents of rural finance. It has important theoretical and practical significance to analyze farmers’ willingness to farm land management right mortgage and its influencing factors on the structural reform of agricultural supply side. This paper is based on a survey data of 289 farmers in Heze city, contingency table analysis was used to analyze the willingness of rural land management right mortgage loan and its influencing factors. The results suggest that the farmers’ willingness to rural land management right mortgage loan was mainly affected by age, education level, cultivated land scale, cognition of land policy. Based on these studies, we put forward some countermeasures to promoting devel-opment of rural land management right mortgage loan.
