城市特色街区现状研究——以呼和浩特市为例

摘　　要：特色街区是城市内具有一定规模和集聚效应的空间环境,特色街区作为城市的有机组成部分,街区的发展进程可以在一定程度上促进城市的发展。本文以呼和浩特市塞上老街和席力图召–大盛魁街区为研究对象,对其现状进行研究分析,探讨其存在的问题,并指出以后的整改方向,以便为将来开展特色街区更新改造奠定基础。A characteristic block is a spatial environment within a city that has a certain scale and agglomeration effect. As an organic component of a city, the development process of the block can promote the development of the city to a certain extent. This article takes the Saishang Old Street and Xilituzhao-Dashengkui Block in Hohhot as the research objects, conducts research and analysis on their current situation, explores their existing problems, and points out the direction of future rectification, in order to lay the foundation for future development of characteristic street renewal and transformation.
