杭州主市区生态环境敏感性与社会经济发展耦合协调评价  

Coupling Coordination Evaluation of Ecological Environment Sensitivity and Social and Economic Development in Hangzhou Main Urban Areas

摘　　要：伴随着中国社会经济的高速发展,生态破环、环境污染问题日益突出,调控社会经济发展与区域生态环境本底间的空间匹配与协调具有重要意义。本研究以杭州市主市区为例,通过敏感性表征区域生态环境条件,结合夜间灯光强度表征经济空间强度,运用耦合度与耦合协调度模型、冷热点分析方法,探讨研究区社会–生态系统间相互影响与协调发展特征。结果显示:1) 生态敏感性以轻度、中度为主,总体呈现“东北低–西南高”、“河网两侧多高值”的空间格局。2) 耦合度以微度、轻度为主,呈现“中心–圆环–外围”的多圈层式空间格局,具有明晰的冷热点集聚特征。3) 耦合协调度以高度失调、中度失调及基本协调为主,呈现由核心城区向四周递减的空间格局,冷热点集聚显著。研究区社会经济与生态环境协调发展的压力较大。研究可为研究区及相似区域提升社会经济发展与生态环境本底间的协调适配性、促进区域可持续发展提供参考。With the rapid development of China’s social economy, the problems of ecological destruction and environmental pollution have become increasingly prominent, so it is of great importance to promote the spatial matching and coordination between social and economic development and regional ecological environment background. This study takes the main urban area of Hangzhou as an example, based on the evaluation of ecological environment sensitivity, combined with the night light intensity to characterize the economic space intensity, uses the coupling degree and coupling coordination degree model and hot and cold spot analysis method to explore the interaction and coordination development characteristics between natural-economic systems in the study area. The results show that: 1) The ecological sensitivity was mainly mild and moderate, presenting a spatial pattern of “low in northeast high and in southwest” and “multiple high values on both sides of the river network”, with significant spatial differences. 2) The coupling degree was mainly slight and mild, presenting a multi-circle spatial pattern of “center-ring-periphery”, with a clear agglomeration characteristic of cold and hot spots. 3) The coupling coordination degree was mainly high imbalance, moderate imbalance and basic coordination, presenting a spatial pattern of decreasing from the core urban area to the surrounding areas, with a significant concentration of cold and hot spots. The coordinated development of social economy and ecological environment in the study area is under great pressure. The study provides a reference for evaluating the coordination and adaptation between the economic development and the environmental background of the study area and promoting sustainable and coordinated development.
