摘 要:公交导向型开发(Transit-Oriented Development, TOD)模式为优化城市空间布局与提升土地利用效率提供了重要路径。本文探讨了TOD模式的判别标准与等级划分方法,基于“5D”原则构建了评价指标,并通过量化评分和等级划分体系,实现对地块或社区TOD模式的精确判定。研究表明,结合三四线城市的特点,TOD模式可通过合理设计的判别标准和评价体系推动其在中小城市的推广与应用。Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) serves as a crucial approach to optimizing urban spatial structure and enhancing land-use efficiency. This study explores the criteria for evaluating TOD and proposes a grading classification system. By constructing evaluation indicators based on the “5D” principles, the study achieves precise identification of TOD characteristics in plots or communities through quantitative scoring and grading classification systems. The findings demonstrate that TOD, when tailored to the characteristics of third- and fourth-tier cities, can be promoted and implemented in small- and medium-sized cities through well-designed evaluation criteria and frameworks.
