可再生能源在保定市新农村建设中的作用及其对策研究

摘　　要：介绍了保定市农村发展可再生能源项目在社会主义新农村建设中的应用,详细探究可再生能源在新农村建设中的作用,但由于存在资金、成本、管理及后续服务等因素的制约,可再生能源的发展不能适应新农村建设的需求,需要各级政府加大扶持,增加投入,加强宣传和培训,逐步完善后续服务机制,因地制宜,探索创新,充分发挥可再生能源在新农村建设中作用。the paper introduced the application of the renewable energy in the new rural construction in Baodingcity based on the surveys. The results showed the renewable energy played an important role in the rural energy construction in these years, but the effect was restricted by the capital, the cost, the management and the delayed services. The government can invest more money to improve the services and train the professional persons to strengthen the management of the renewable energy. In addition, the mechanism innovation was important to the application of the renewable energy in the new rural construction.
