Measurement of the Anion in Vegetable Field Soil of Greenhouse in Xinxiang by Using Ion Chromatography

摘  要:为了研究大棚菜田土壤阴离子的演变特征,采集了不同种植年限(0、5、10、15、20、25、30 a)的大棚菜田0~20 cm土壤样品,用离子色谱法测定了土壤阴离子的含量。结果表明:Cl?、HJCO3、NO3、NO2、 SO2-4 与种植年限极显著相关,其中Cl?在15~30 a期间每年增速为25.72 mg?kg?1左右,是0~15 a增速的9.2倍,到30 a时增加8倍;HJCO3含量以每年1.7 mg?kg?1的速度降低;NO3在种植30 a的蔬菜大棚土壤NO3含量高达到1038 mg?kg?1左右,较没有大棚覆盖的大田增加25.7倍;土壤中NO2含量的增速为0.85 mg?kg?1?a?1;SO2-4 以每年33 mg?kg?1的速率持续增加。In order to study evolution characteristics of the anion in vegetable field soil of greenhouse, the soil samples of different cultivating years (0 a, 5 a, 10 a, 15 a, 20 a, 25 a, 30 a) were collected, and their anion contents were determined by using ion chromatograph. The results showed that the contents of Cl?,HJCO3, NO3 , NO2 and SO2-4 were most significantly correlated with the cultivating years. Annual growth of Cl? content was about 25.72 mg?kg?1 during 15 - 30 a, which was 9.2 times that during 0 - 15 a, and it increased 8 times in 30 a;the content of HJCO3 was decreased at annual rate of 1.7 mg?kg?1;the content of NO3 reached about 1038 mg?kg?1 in the soil of 30 a, 25.7 times compared to that in open field soil;annual growth of NO2 content was 0.85 mg?kg?1;and annual growth of SO2-4 content was 33 mg?kg?1.
