生物质电厂灰渣对堆肥特性影响的研究

摘  要:本文主要研究了生物质电厂灰渣对马粪和蘑菇渣堆肥特性的影响。结果表明,添加生物质电厂灰渣能明显改变堆肥特性。随着生物质电厂灰渣添加量的增加,从4%到12%,在60天的堆肥周期内,堆体的含水率、总碳和挥发性固体含量均呈明显下降趋势,pH值和电导率明显提高,但是对总氮和碳氮比的影响较小。这可能主要是添加生物质电厂灰渣改善了堆体的透气性和疏松度,利于堆肥过程的热质传递,但是由于含有较多的碱金属及碱土金属元素,导致pH值升高等,拟制堆肥过程微生物的代谢,降低了物料的腐熟度,因此在堆肥过程不宜添加过多的生物质电厂灰渣。Effects of biomass power plant ash on the horse dung and mushroom residue composting were studied. The results indicated that composting characteristics were changed remarkably. With an increase of biomass power plant ash content from 4% to 12%, the contents of the moisture, total carbon, volatile solid all decreased significantly during the 60 composting processes and the pH value and EC value enhanced, however, the effects on the total nitrogen content and C/N ratio were little. This can be due to air permeability and fraction void of the composting improved, which was contributed to heat and mass transfer. However, due to the higher contents of alkali metals and alkali earth metal enhanced the pH value of the composting and hindered aerobic microorganism metabolism. So the rotten degree of the composting decreased. In brief, biomass power plant ash should have an optimum additive amount in the composting, for example no more than 8%.
