摘  要:采用八角茴香的甲醇、乙酸乙酯和石油醚3种溶剂提取物对桃蚜进行喷雾处理,测定3种提取物对桃蚜体内乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)、植物谷胱甘肽S-转移酶(GSTs)的剂量效应和时间效应。结果表明:3种提取物的不同剂量处理后,低剂量(0.063 mg/mL)的甲醇提取物对GSTs具有诱导作用;其它两个处理对桃蚜体内的这2种酶的活力均表现为抑制作用,而且抑制作用随着处理剂量的增大而升高。3种提取物对试虫体内2种酶的活性均表现出较强的时间效应。对甲醇0.305 mg/mL、乙酸乙酯0.142 mg/mL、石油醚:0.270 mg/mL剂量的3种提取物处理后,桃蚜体内2种酶的活性随处理时间的延长整体表现为呈先抑制再激活的趋势;3种提取物对2种酶活性影响的差异在于抑制速度和程度上稍有不同,甲醇、乙酸乙酯、石油醚提取物对桃蚜体内GSTs活性的抑制率分别在处理后36 h、60 h和48 h达到最高,分别达到55.87%、62.02%和56.58%。Three solvent extracts of star anise,methanol,ethyl acetate and petroleum ether were used to spray the peach aphid.The results showed that low dose(0.063 mg/mL)methanol extracts induced GSTs after different doses of the three extracts.The activity of these two enzymes was inhibited by the other two treatments,and the inhibition increased with the increase of the treatment dose.All the extracts showed strong time effect on the activity of the two enzymes in the test.After the three extracts were treated with methanol 0.305 mg/mL,ethyl acetate 0.142 mg/mL and petroleum ether 0.270 mg/mL,the activity of two enzymes in the body of peach aphid showed an overall trend of inhibition and reactivation with the extension of treatment time.The effects of the three extracts on the activity of the two enzymes were slightly different in rate and degree of inhibition.The inhibition rates of methanol,ethyl acetate and petroleum ether extracts on GSTs activity in peach aphid reached the highest at 36 h,60 h and 48 h after treatment,respectively,reaching 55.87%,62.02%and 56.58%.
