地市级农科院所创新发展的实践与探索——以三明市农科院为例  

Practice and Exploration on the Innovative Development of Prefectural Academies of Agricultural Science—Take the Case of Sanming Academy of Agricultural Sciences

摘　　要：文章以福建省三明市农科院为例,阐述了地市级农科院所在创新发展工作进程中的实践和取得的成效,分析了当前面临挑战和存在问题,结合制定“十四五”发展规划,对建设“一流”地市级农科院所进行了探索思考。Taking the Sanming Academy of Agricultural Sciences of Fujian Province as a case, practice and results achieved in the process of innovative development of the prefectural academy of agricultural science were elaborated in the paper, the current challenges and existing problems were analyzed. Combining with formulation of “14th five-year plan”, the establishment of “first-class” prefectural academy of agricultural science was explored and reflected.
