摘　　要：农民专业合作社演变历程是我国农业现代化合作互助的缩影,因其具备特殊的内涵和功能,发展态势逐年见好,是我国全面迈入小康的见证者和贡献者,对持续提升农民专业合作社综合能力意义重大。立足“十四五”发展阶段,深刻对农民专业合作社内涵理解,剖析当前农民专业合作社发展中存在的问题和争议,针对关键问题,回顾历史,立足我国实际情况,结合现代商业经营理念,综合思考农民专业合作社发展模式。对几种措施下提升农民专业经营能力分析设想,有助于提升农民专业合作社综合功能,以期在乡村全面振兴背景下拓展农民专业合作社持续发展能力。The evolution course of farmers’ professional cooperatives was the epitome of China’s agricultural modernization cooperation and mutual assistance. Because of its special connotation and function, its development trend got better year by year, and it was the witness and contributor to China’s all-round well-off life. In order to further improve the comprehensive ability of farmers’ professional cooperatives. It was of great significance to further improve the comprehensive ability of farmers’ professional cooperatives. Based on the “14th and Fifth Five-Year” development stage, the author deeply understood the connotation of farmer-specialized cooperatives, and analyzed the current problems and disputes in the development of farmer-specialized cooperatives. Aiming at the key issues, the author reviewed the history, based on the actual situation in China, and considered the development mode of farmer-specialized cooperatives comprehensively. It was helpful to improve the comprehensive function of farmer-specialized cooperatives and expand the sustainable development ability of farmer-specialized cooperatives under the background of comprehensive rural revitalization.
