摘 要:目的:为研究硼钼元素对烤烟幼苗期光合系统和抗氧化系统的影响。方法:以云烟87为材料进行室内水培试验,设置施硼 + 钼、施钼、施硼和缺硼 + 钼四个处理。结果:结果表明,在30 d时,单施硼、单施钼和缺硼 + 钼处理的叶绿素含量降低,净光合速率降低,蒸腾速率、气孔导度和胞间CO2含量升高;三个处理MDA含量均高于施硼 + 钼处理,POD、CAT、APX活性先急剧升高后降低,CAT活性先急剧升高后稳定增长。结论:由此可知,硼钼会影响烤烟苗期光合色素的合成和降低光合效率,施硼和钼可以提高烤烟苗期光合色素含量和净光合速率,提高烟株光合作用效率;缺硼或缺钼会使烤烟苗期叶片膜脂过氧化程度加剧,导致叶片发育异常。Objective: To study the effects of boron and molybdenum on photosynthetic and antioxidant sys-tems of roasted tobacco seedlings at the seedling stage. Methods: An indoor hydroponic experiment was conducted with Yunnan tobacco 87 as the material, and four treatments were set up: boron + molybdenum, molybdenum, boron application and boron + molybdenum deficiency. Results: The results showed that the chlorophyll content decreased, net photosynthetic rate decreased and transpiration rate, stomatal conductance and intercellular CO2 content increased in the treatments of boron alone, molybdenum alone and boron deficiency + molybdenum at 30 d. The MDA content was higher in all three treatments than in the treatment of boron + molybdenum, and the POD, CAT and APX activities increased sharply and then decreased, while CAT activity increased sharply and then increased steadily. Conclusion: In conclusion, boron and molybdenum can affect the synthesis of photosynthetic pigments and reduce photosynthetic efficiency of flue-cured tobacco seedlings. Boron and molybdenum can increase the photosynthetic pigment content and net photosynthetic rate, and improve the photosynthetic efficiency of the tobacco plant;boron or molybdenum deficiency will intensify the membrane lipid peroxidation of the tobacco seedling leaves and lead to abnormal leaf development.
