摘 要:在洞口县杨林镇进行猪粪基质养殖蚯蚓和蚯蚓土壤种植黑麦草测产试验。试验结果:1) 养殖蚯蚓试验:60天猪粪基质pH 8.77,碱解氮0.71 g/kg,有效磷1.02 g/kg,速效钾1.92 g/kg,有机质22.32%,有效活菌数量5.21 × 108个/g。90天猪粪基质pH 8.87,碱解氮0.58 g/kg,有效磷0.91 g/kg,速效钾1.73 g/kg,有机质20.93%,有效活菌数量5.14 × 108个/g。60天猪粪基质比90天猪粪基质分别减少1.1%、增加22.4%、12.1%、11.0% (这3项差异显著P 2黑麦草鲜草最高产量达24,811 kg,较对照组(一般土壤种植)增产10,738 kg,增产76.3%,1 kg猪粪基质增产黑麦草鲜草10.47 kg。试验II组(90天猪粪基质)每667 m2黑麦草鲜草产量22,147 kg,较对照组增产8074 kg,增产57.4%,每667 m2施入猪粪基质1025 kg,1 kg猪粪基质增产黑麦草7.88 kg。60天猪粪基质较90天猪粪基质种植的黑麦草的产量高12.1%。结论:养殖蚯蚓60天猪粪基质较90天猪粪基质肥力高,其土壤种植的黑麦草的产量也高。并对培养蚯蚓土壤、蚯蚓改良修复土壤作用机理和用途进行了有益探索,为农业同行养殖蚯蚓和蚯蚓土壤利用方面提供参考。An experiment was conducted in Yanglin Town, Dongkou County to measure the yield of pig manure substrate for breeding earthworms and planting ryegrass in earthworm soil. Experimental results: 1) Farming earthworm experiment: 60 days of pig manure substrate pH 8.77, alkaline hydrolyzed nitrogen 0.71 g/kg, available phosphorus 1.02 g/kg, available potassium 1.92 g/kg, organic matter 22.32%, effective viable bacterial count 5.21 × 108 pieces/g. 90-day pig manure substrate pH 8.87, alkaline hydrolyzed nitrogen 0.58 g/kg, available phosphorus 0.91 g/kg, available potassium 1.73 g/kg, organic matter 20.93%, effective viable bacterial count 5.14 × 108 pieces/g. The 60-day pig manure substrate decreased by 1.1%, increased by 22.4%, 12.1%, and 11.0% compared to the 90-day pig manure substrate (significant P 2 reached 24,811 kg, which increased by 10,738 kg or 76.3% compared to the control group (general soil planting). The yield of fresh ryegrass increased by 10.47 kg with 1 kg pig manure substrate. Experiment Group II (90-day pig manure substrate) produced 22,147 kg of fresh ryegrass per 667 msup>2, an increase of 8074 kg compared to the control group, an increase of 57.4%. 1025 kg of pig manure substrate was applied per 667 msup>2, resulting in an increase of 7.88 kg of ryegrass per 1 kg of pig manure substrate. The yield of ryegrass grown on 60-day pig manure substrate is 12.1% higher than that grown on 90-day pig manure substrate. Conclusion: The 60-day pig manure substrate for raising earthworms has higher fertility than the 90-day pig manure sub-strate, and the yield of ryegrass planted in its soil is also higher. And beneficial explorations were conducted on the cultivation of earthworm soil, the mechanism and application of earthworm im-provement and soil remediation, providing reference for agricultural peers in the cultivation of earthworms.
