摘　　要：本文从盐边县烤烟生产当下面临的瓶颈问题进行了调研,立足现状,以技术配套、政策扶持、管理优化及共同富裕为载体,积极探索出一种适合当地烤烟种植的新型组织模式,重点以家庭农场为培育主体,总结出了“345”的具体培育措施,找到了烤烟种植投入、产出的黄金分割点,有效助推了生产组织模式的转型升级。Based on the current situation, this paper actively explores a new organizational model suitable for local flue-cured tobacco cultivation with technical support, policy support, management optimization and common prosperity as the carrier, focusing on family farms as the main cultivation, and summarizes the specific cultivation measures of “345”. The golden section point of input and output of flue-cured tobacco planting was found, which effectively promoted the transformation and upgrading of production organization mode.
