保湿杂交法在糜子育种中的应用初报

摘　　要：糜子起源于中国,是我国北方的传统粮食作物,具有适应性强、生育期短、抗旱、耐瘠薄等特点。随着种植业结构调整和人们饮食结构的变化,使得市场对糜子品种的需求更加多样化,品种不足问题突显。为加快糜子新品种选育速度,提高杂交真实性和准确性,结合糜子开花特点,借鉴其他作物杂交选育方法,对现行糜子杂交方法进行梳理、改进和总结,进而提高杂交结实率和工作效率,为糜子新品种杂交工作提供技术支持。Broom corn millet originated in China and is a traditional grain crop in northern China. It has the characteristics of strong adaptability, short growth period, drought resistance, and tolerance to barrenness. With the adjustment of planting industry structure and changes in people’s dietary structure, the demand for broom corn millet varieties in the market has become more diversified, and the problem of insufficient varieties has become prominent. In order to accelerate the breeding speed of new broom corn millet varieties, improve the authenticity and accuracy of hybridization, combined with the flowering characteristics of broom corn millet, and draw on other crop hybridization breeding methods, the current broom corn millet hybridization methods are sorted, improved, and summarized, thereby improving the hybrid setting rate and work efficiency, and providing technical support for the hybridization work of new broom corn millet varieties.
