磺胺二甲基嘧啶对水稻种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响

摘  要:本研究采用水培方法探究不同浓度磺胺二甲基嘧啶对水稻种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:在磺胺二甲基嘧啶浓度为2~40 ppm范围下,发芽率、发芽势分别较CK降低了0.82%~29.85%、1.21%~32.64%,水稻种子的萌发受到抑制,且抑制程度随着SMT浓度的增加而增加;叶长、叶宽、叶面积分别较CK降低12.56%~25.33%、2.83%~61.88%、8.54%~44.95%,抑制效果随着SMT浓度增高呈现增大趋势;根长、根表面积、根尖数分别较CK降低0.17%~61.09%、7.57%~44.13%、7.93%~36.13%;鲜重、干重分别较CK降低3.44%~17.25%、12.37%~65.76%;叶绿素含量较CK降低6.38%~65.96%。磺胺二甲基嘧啶的存在抑制了水稻种子的萌发和幼苗的生长,尤其是在较高浓度处理组中,负面影响更为明显。抗生素污染对农作物生长的风险,也突出农业环境保护的重要性。本研究也为抗生素在农业环境中的行为及其生态效应提供了参考依据。The effects of different concentrations of Sulfamethazine (SMT) on seed germination and seedling growth of rice were studied by hydroponics. The results showed that when SMT concentration was in the range of 2 ppm to 40 ppm, the germination rate and germination potential were decreased by 0.82%~29.85% and 1.21%~32.64% compared with CK, respectively. The germination of rice seeds was inhibited, and the inhibition degree increased with the increase of SMT concentration. Leaf length, leaf width and leaf area were reduced by 12.56%~25.33%, 2.83%~61.88% and 8.54%~44.95%, respectively, compared with CK, and the inhibition effect was negatively correlated with the increase of SMT concentration. Root length, root surface area and root tip number were reduced by 0.17%~61.09%, 7.57%~44.13% and 7.93%~36.13% compared with CK, respectively. Fresh weight and dry weight were 3.44%~17.25% and 12.37%~65.76% lower than CK, respectively. Chlorophyll content 6.38%~65.96%. The presence of SMT inhibited the germination of rice seeds and the growth of seedlings, especially in the higher concentration treatment group. The potential risk of antibiotic pollution to crop growth indicates the importance of agricultural environmental protection. This study also provides a reference for understanding the behavior and ecological effects of antibiotics in agricultural environments.
