摘　　要：羊肚菌是名贵的食(药)用菌,味道鲜美,市场价格高。本文通过对黑龙江省地理位置、自然气候环境、绿色食品市场前景分析,对黑龙江省羊肚菌产业发展前景展望,提出合理化建议,以期为羊肚菌产业在黑龙江发展提供参考。Morchella is a precious edible (medicinal) mushroom with a delicious taste and high market price. This article analyzes the geographical location, natural climate environment, and green food market prospects of Heilongjiang Province, and proposes rational suggestions for the development prospects of the morchella industry in Heilongjiang Province, in order to provide reference for the development of the morchella industry in Heilongjiang Province.
