摘 要:玉米作为重要的粮食作物和工业原料,在农业生产和国家粮食安全体系的构建中占有重要地位。从基本的粮食供给、餐桌上一道道美味到生物能源、化工产品的原料,玉米的贡献可谓巨大。然而,随着行业竞争压力增大、资源约束加剧以及创新能力不足日益凸显,农药及化肥的过量施用增大了环境的承载力,供需矛盾给市场带来了更大的不确定性,产能扩张与过剩并存凸显行业竞争。本文通过对玉米产业可持续发展的重要性、面临的挑战及实现路径的探讨,以期为玉米产业提升核心竞争力和持续循环发展提供参考。Corn, as an important food crop and industrial raw material, played an important role in agricultural production and the construction of the national food security system. From basic food supply and delicious dishes on the dining table to raw materials for bio-energy and chemical products, the contribution of corn can be described as enormous. However, as industry competition pressure increased, resource constraints intensified, and innovation ability became increasingly prominent, the excessive use of pesticides and fertilizers increased the carrying capacity of the environment, contradiction between supply and demand brought greater uncertainty to the market, and the coexistence of capacity expansion and surplus highlighted industry competition. This article explored the importance, challenges, and implementation paths of sustainable development in the corn industry, in order to provide reference for enhancing the core competitiveness and sustainable circular development of the corn industry.
