摘 要:近些年,北京地区鲜食玉米越来越受到消费者的青睐,正成为一种新的饮食新时尚。而消费的背后是生产者艰辛的付出,包括品种的选择、田间的管理和收获加工;而其中较为关键的环节是鲜食玉米生育期间的病虫害防治,防治的方法和效果直接影响到果实的产量和品质。本文浅析北京鲜食玉米种植中常见的病虫害类型及防治方法,并列举了一些近年来适合在北京种植的国家审定品种,希望能为鲜食玉米的生产提供帮助。In recent years, fresh-eating corn has become increasingly popular among consumers in Beijing and is becoming a new dietary trend. Behind consumption lies the arduous efforts of producers, including variety selection, field management, and harvest processing;The key link is the prevention and control of pests and diseases during the growth period of fresh-eating corn, and the methods and effects of prevention and control directly affect the yield and quality of the fruit. This article analyzes the common types of pests and diseases in the cultivation of fresh-eating corn in Beijing and their prevention and control methods. It also lists some nationally approved varieties that are suitable for cultivation in Beijing in recent years, hoping to provide assistance for the production of fresh-eating corn.
