摘　　要：1型糖尿病(Type 1 diabetes mellitus, T1DM)是一种具有致病性、适应性和自身免疫性的复杂疾病,可导致β细胞的破坏和功能障碍。目前,普遍认为T细胞是大多数T1DM患者β细胞损伤的关键介质,此外,B细胞、巨噬细胞及树突状细胞等也在其发病过程中发挥着不容忽视的作用。Type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1DM) is a complex disease that is pathogenic, adaptive, and autoim-mune, which can cause β-cell destruction and dysfunction. At present, T cells are generally con-sidered to be the key mediator of β cell damage in most T1DM patients. In addition, B cells, mac-rophages, and dendritic cells also play a role that cannot be ignored.
