摘  要:以聚亚胺胶脂为基材,天然河砂为细集料,石墨为导电相,混合制备机敏材料。分析了不同石墨掺量下机敏材料的体积电阻率,得到了材料的导电渗滤阈值;通过室内循环加载试验,分析了材料的压敏性及重现性;通过测试不同温、湿度下聚亚胺胶脂机敏材料电阻,得出了温、湿度对材料导电性的影响规律;测试了机敏材料的弹性模量。结果显示,机敏材料的渗滤阈值在20%左右;材料在循环加载下具有优异的压敏效应,并体现了较佳的重现性;机敏材料具有一定的温度敏感性,湿度改变对材料几乎没有影响;20%掺量下,机敏材料的弹性模量约为687.85 MPa。The electrical conductivity, piezoresistivity, temperature sensitivity, humidity sensitivity and elastic modulus of graphite filled polyimide resin-based smart material were studied by laboratory experiments. The polyimide resin-based smart materials were prepared, composed of polyimide resin, sand and graphite. The volume resistivity of composites was measured by different graphite contents. The percolation threshold of the composite was obtained. The results show that the percolation threshold of the composite is about 15%~20%. The piezoresistance of composite has the best repeatability by cyclic loading. The composite has certain temperature sensitivity. Humidity has little effect on the composite. The elastic modulus of the composite with the content of graphite 20% was 687.85 MPa.
