摘 要:船舶空调系统运行存在大量的能源浪费,需要研究系统节能运行方案并进行能效评估。本文提出一种船舶空调系统的能效分析方法,即通过评估船舶空调系统的基础项、规定项、选择项来比较不同节能方案的节能效果。以某有限航区船舶为例,对该船舶空调系统采取三种不同的节能控制方案,采用TRNSYS软件模拟三种方案下船舶空调系统全年能耗并计算相对节能率。在相对节能率的基础上,结合评估结果对不同的节能控制方案进行能效计算,并进行能效等级标识。该能效评估方法也适用于其他船舶空调系统节能方案。It is necessary to study energy-saving operation schemes and evaluate the energy efficiency due to the large amount of energy consumption in the operation of ship air conditioning system. This study presents an energy efficiency evaluation method for the ship air conditioning system, which compares the energy efficiency of different energy-saving operation schemes by evaluating the basic items, prescribed items and optional items of the ship air conditioning system. Taking a ship in a limited navigation region as an example, three different energy-saving operation schemes are adopted for the ship air conditioning system. TRNSYS software was used to simulate the annual energy consumption of the ship air conditioning system under these three schemes, and the relative energy saving rate was calculated. Based on the relative energy saving rate, the energy efficiency of these three different energy-saving operation schemes was calculated according to the evaluation results, and the energy efficiency grade was ranked. This energy efficiency evaluation method can also be applied to other energy-saving schemes of ship air conditioning systems.
