摘 要:文章结合上海市军工路快速路新建工程II标段进行快速路道路路面材料中底基层固化土工艺的应用研究,针对上海地区碎石材料紧缺、工程弃土处置困难的现状,目标底基层段试验段采用20 cm厚固化土替代原方案中的15 cm级配碎石 + 5 cm水泥稳定碎石层。固化土分别采用两种类型的固化剂,分别为环保型固化剂(水剂)、复合型固化剂(粉剂)。通过对土质进行分析以及精细的配合比设计,最终有效地实现底基层替换做法。相比传统的碎石类底基层做法,固化土工艺进行底基层施工的效率高、工期短,且达到节约施工成本的目的,施工效果良好,检测结果显示其压实度和强度数据指标均达到设计要求。This paper studies the application of the technology of solidified soil for subbase in the pavement materials of expressway in combination with the bid section II of the new construction project of Shanghai Jungong Road Expressway. In view of the shortage of crushed stone materials in Shanghai and the difficulty in the disposal of engineering spoil, the test section of the target subbase section uses 20cm thick solidified soil to replace the 15cm graded crushed stone+5cm cement stabilized crushed stone layer in the original plan. Two types of curing agents are used for solidified soil, namely, environment-friendly curing agent (water agent) and composite curing agent (powder agent). Through the analysis of soil quality and fine mix design, the subbase replacement is finally effectively realized. Compared with the traditional gravel subbase method, the solidified soil technology has the advantages of high efficiency, short construction period and cost saving. The test results show that the compactness and strength data indicators meet the design requirements.
