摘 要:目前节能减排“十三五”规划中也对绿色建筑相关内容做出了要求,并且“碳达峰”和“碳中和”也被写入了政府工作报告,加快推广与发展绿色建筑,不仅减少了建筑领域碳排放,还是我国早日实现碳达峰目标的重要途径。所以本文介绍了国内外绿色建筑评价体系的特点和关键体系新旧版的对比,了解了各国各体系的以后发展的方向,并从对各国体系制定者、最早颁布时间、评价范围、组织类型,评价对象、评价指标、评价内容、评价方法、评级分级方面将各个评价体系进行深入剖析,最后给出对我国绿色建筑评估体系的启示,为我国绿色建筑体系发展与更新提供参考。At present, the “13th Five-Year Plan” of energy saving and emission reduction has also made requirements for green buildings, and “carbon peak” and “carbon neutrality” have been written into the government work report, accelerating the promotion and development of green buildings not only reduce carbon emissions in the construction field, but also are an important way for China to achieve the goal of carbon peak as soon as possible. Therefore, this paper introduces the characteristics of domestic and foreign green building evaluation systems and the comparison of the old and new versions of the key systems, understands the future development direction of each system in each country, and makes an in-depth analysis of each evaluation system from the perspective of the system maker, the earliest promulgation time, the evaluation scope, the organization type, the evaluation object, the evaluation index, the evaluation content, the evaluation method, the rating classification. Finally, the inspiration for China’s green building evaluation system is given to provide a reference for the development and update of China’s green building system.
