摘 要:温拌沥青技术是指在较低的温度下生产、铺设和压实沥青混合料,比传统的热拌沥青低约40℃,能源消耗减少,且温拌沥青的回收沥青料比例要高于热拌沥青。关于温拌沥青的一个主要问题是拌合摊铺过程中的工作温度降低可能会导致路面结构层间的附着力不足,本文通过实际工程取芯,测试芯样在不同界面(上面层–中面层、中面层–下面层)的层间抗剪强度,分析了采用不同种类温拌添加剂的温拌再生沥青路面和热拌再生沥青路面的层间抗剪性能。结果显示,温拌沥青路面的层间抗剪性能与热拌沥青路面相当,并且受温拌添加剂类型的影响较小。此外,层间抗剪强度受层间黏结剂的影响较大,特别是上面层和中面层的抗剪强度。Warm mix asphalt technology refers to the production, laying and compaction of asphalt mixture at a lower temperature, about 40˚C lower than traditional hot mix asphalt, energy consumption is reduced, and warm mix asphalt recovery ratio is higher than hot mix asphalt. One of the main problems of warm mixed asphalt is that the decrease of working temperature during the mixing paving process may lead to insufficient adhesion between pavement layers. In this paper, the interlayer shear strength of core samples at different interfaces (upper layer-middle layer, middle layer-lower layer) and time intervals is tested by experiments. The interlayer bonding properties of warm mix recycled asphalt pavement and hot mix asphalt pavement with different kinds of warm mix agents were analyzed. The results show that the interlayer bonding performance of the warm asphalt pavement is similar to that of the hot asphalt pavement, and is not affected by the type of warm mixing agent. In addition, the interlayer shear strength depends on the properties of the interlayer binder, especially the shear strength of the upper layer and the middle layer.
