摘 要:为了研究不同产量的氧化石墨烯对SBR改性沥青的影响,制备氧化石墨烯/SBR复合改性沥青,采用三大指标试验进行氧化石墨烯/SBR复合改性沥青的常规性能测试,并利用动态剪切流变仪(DSR)和弯曲蠕变试验(BBR)分析复合改性沥青的基本性能、高温流变性能和低温抗裂性能。试验结果表明:一定掺量的氧化石墨烯可以提高SBR改性沥青的基本性能;剪切模量、相位角和抗车辙因子随着氧化石墨烯的掺量增加,呈现先增加后减小的趋势,说明氧化石墨烯可以提高SBR的高温流变性能,但是氧化石墨烯的掺量不能过多;增强了抗车辙能力和高温性能,还可以提高其低温抗开裂性能。In order to study the effect of different yields of graphene oxide on SBR-modified asphalt and prepare graphene oxide/SBR composite modified asphalt, three major index tests were used for the conventional performance tests of graphene oxide/SBR composite modified asphalt, and Dynamic Shear Rheometer (DSR) and Bending Creep Test (BBR) were used to analyze the basic properties, high-temperature rheological properties, and low-temperature anti-cracking of composite modified asphalt performance. The test results show that a certain amount of graphene oxide can improve the basic performance of SBR modified asphalt;shear modulus, phase angle and rutting resistance factor with the increase in the dosage of graphene oxide showed a trend of increasing and then decreasing, which indicates that graphene oxide can improve the high-temperature rheological properties of SBR, but the dosage of graphene oxide can’t be too much;it can enhance rutting resistance and high-temperature performance, and also can improve its low-temperature crack resistance.
