摘　　要：随着技术的发展,我国的建筑工程市场也日益规范,中国市场对于建筑工程也提出了一定的要求,越来越多的建筑企业参与到现在市场竞争中。在建筑工程施工过程中,本文采取创新型的管理模式,在传统的建筑工程管理的前提下做好创新模式的应用,以此来促进建筑工程的整体管理质量的进步。With the development of technology, China’s construction engineering market is increasingly standardized, the Chinese market for construction engineering has also put forward certain requirements, more and more construction enterprises to participate in the current market competition. In the construction process of construction engineering, the relevant personnel adopt innovative management mode, and apply innovative mode under the premise of traditional construction engineering manage- ment, so as to promote the progress of the overall management quality of construction engineering.
