地铁盾构穿越中粗砂地层衬砌结构的变形规律研究

摘  要:文章基于广州某地铁工程的大量现场监测数据,分析了盾构施工穿越中粗砂地层的衬砌变形情况。结果表明,衬砌管片的变形随盾构施工的进行而增加,但变形增长趋势随时间逐渐趋于稳定。拱顶沉降和净空收敛作为衬砌变形的主要表现形式,两者在同类地层中的变化值存在显著相关性,并呈现出同向性、一致性的变化规律。研究还指出,盾构穿越中粗砂地层时监测到的最大变形幅度均在预设的预警值和控制值之内,表明施工控制效果良好。文章的结论和建议对于类似盾构工程设计和施工具有参考价值,但需进一步积累和对比其他案例数据以验证结论的普适性。This article analyzes the lining deformation of tunneling through medium-coarse sand layers in a metro construction project in Guangzhou based on a large amount of on-site monitoring data. The results indicate that the deformation of the lining segments increases with the progress of shield tunnel construction, but the trend of deformation growth gradually stabilizes over time. Arch crown settlement and clearance convergence are the main manifestations of lining deformation, with significant correlations and consistent trends in their changes within similar geological layers. The study also points out that the maximum deformation observed during shield tunneling through medium-coarse sand formations remains within the preset alert and control thresholds, indicating that the construction control effect is good. The conclusions and recommendations of this article have reference value for similar shield tunnel engineering design and construction, but further accumulation and comparison of data from other cases are needed to validate the universality of the conclusions.
