摘　　要：近些年,建筑市场竞争日益激烈,给建筑施工企业的生存及发展带来了严峻的挑战和威胁。粗放型项目管理逐渐被社会所淘汰,取而代之的是密集型精细化项目管理,这就促使了建筑施工企业对承建项目的管控要有全面性、前瞻性,更重要的是科学、合理、专业的策划性,在整个项目施工过程中,项目施工策划发挥着越来越重要的作用,充分及详细的策划给项目带来了一定有形及无形的效益。In recent years, the increasingly fierce competition in the construction market has brought severe challenges and threats to the survival and development of construction enterprises. Extensive project management is gradually being phased out by society and replaced by intensive and refined project management. This has prompted construction companies to have comprehensive and forward-looking control over their contracted projects, and more importantly, scientific, reasonable, and professional planning. Throughout the entire project construction process, project construction planning plays an increasingly important role, and comprehensive and detailed planning brings tangible and intangible benefits to the project.
