摘 要:本文设计了用废铝片和KOH及硫酸为反应原料制备明矾,通过改变反应物的配比、加物料顺序及反应温度等条件来找到制备明矾的最佳条件;并通过测定产物产率及Al含量等对产物品质进行初步分析,用反应的产率和Al含量综合判断较优制备条件。产品的粉末衍射实验结果也表明制得样品的纯度很好。This paper designs a scrap aluminum and KOH and sulfuric acid as the raw material preparation of alum, by changing the ratio of reactants, reaction temperature and material order to find the best conditions for the preparation of alum;and through the determination of product yield and Al content of the preliminary analysis of the product quality, with the reaction yield and content of Al, the optimal preparation conditions are judged comprehensively. The results of the powder diffraction experiments also showed that the purity of the prepared samples was good.
