摘 要:专利运营信息的变化可以较好的反映出产业发展过程中的知识产权转化与应用情况。石墨烯材料的应用研究经过十余年的高速发展,整个产业正处在产业化的关键时期。作为技术密集型产业,石墨烯领域知识产权交易运营正在随着产业化进程的开展变得活跃。本文通过对国内外石墨烯专利技术申请趋势、技术布局以及专利运营情况进行数据分析,可以发现,目前中国、美国、欧盟及日韩等传统技术强国是石墨烯领域的主要技术来源国和技术输出国,这其中中国既是最主要的石墨烯技术来源国,也是最热门的目标市场。从专利运营角度看,我国石墨烯产业化发展处于世界领跑地位,技术红利爆发值得期待。The change of patent operation information can better reflect the transformation and application of intellectual property rights in the process of industrial development. After more than 10 years of rapid development, the application of graphene materials is in a critical period of industrialization. As a technology-intensive industry, intellectual property trading operation in the graphene field is becoming active with the development of industrialization process. Through the data analysis of graphene patent application trend, technology layout and patent operation at home and abroad, it can be found that China, the United States, the European Union, Japan, South Korea and other tradi-tional technology powers are the main technology source countries and technology exporting coun-tries in the graphene field. Among them, China is not only the main source of technology, but also the popular target market. From the perspective of patent operations, my country’s graphene in-dustrialization is in a leading position in the world. The explosion of technological dividends is worth looking forward to.
