摘  要:本研究通过ConA诱导的小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化实验和二硝基氟苯诱导小鼠DTH实验、抗体生成细胞实验和血清溶血素实验、小鼠碳廓清实验和腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞实验及NK细胞活性测定实验分别研究了蝉花虫草酒对小鼠细胞免疫、体液免疫、单核巨噬细胞功能和NK细胞活性的影响作用。结果表明,蝉花虫草酒低、高剂量组均无明显细胞免疫增强功能;高剂量组能提高小鼠的溶血空斑数和小鼠抗体积数,具有增强体液免疫功能;与阴性对照组比较,高剂量组能够明显提高小鼠的碳廓清吞噬指数和巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞指数,具有增强单核巨噬细胞的功能;高、低剂量组无明显提高小鼠NK细胞活性的作用。根据上述实验结果和2003版《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》的规定判定蝉花虫草酒有增强机体免疫力的作用。In the present work, the immunoregulatory function of Cordyceps cicadae wine on mouse cellular immunity, humoral immunity, mononuclear macrophage and NK cell activity was evaluated by ConA-induced mouse spleen lymphocyte transformation, dinitrofluorobenzene-induced mouse DTH, antibody-producing cell and serum hemolysin experiments, mouse carbon clearance experiments, and peritoneal macrophage phagocytosis of chicken red blood cells, and the NK cell activity assay, respectively. The results indicated that the low and high dose groups of Cordyceps cicadae wine had no cellular immune function;the high dose group could increase the numbers of hemolytic plaques and antibodies in mice with humoral immune function. Compared with the negative control group, high dose group significantly enhanced the clearance indexes of charcoal particles and the phagocytic, showing the function of mononuclear macrophage. However, the high and low dose groups had no significant effect on increasing mouse NK cell activity. According to the above experimental results and the provisions of the 2003 edition of “Technical Specifications for the Inspection and Evaluation of Health Foods”, it was confirmed that Cordyceps cicadae wine has the enhancing effect of immunity.
