摘　　要：席夫碱是指含有亚胺或甲亚胺特性基团(-RC = N-)的一类有机化合物,通常是由活性羰基与胺类化合物通过一系列的反应缩合而成的。该类化合物具有广泛的应用前景,包括医学、化学、生物等多个领域。本文总结介绍席夫碱及其金属配合物的合成方法和应用,为相关研究者提供参考。Schiff base is a kind of organic compound containing imide or methimide characteristic group(-RC=N-),which is usually formed by condensation of active carbonyl group and amine compound through a series of reactions.These compounds have broad application prospects,such as medicine,chemistry,biology.In this work,the synthesis method and applications of schiff base and its metal complexes are reviewed,providing reference for relevant researchers.
