摘  要:本文采用正己烷–乙醇混合溶剂降低银杏酚酸含量,建立一种低酚酸白果粉的工艺。作者探究了正己烷浓度、洗脱时间、洗脱温度单因素影响,并进一步通过响应面法优选出工艺参数:正己烷含量为16.69%,洗脱温度为41.73℃,洗脱时间为28.02 min,此条件下银杏酸含量 < 10 mg/kg,符合国家药典2020版标准。In this paper, n-hexane-ethanol mixed solvent was used to reduce the content of ginkgo phenolic acid, and a process design optimization idea for ginkgo powder with low phenolic acid was established. In the experiment of reducing phenolic acid content, the n-hexane concentration, elution time and elution temperature were investigated respectively. The optimal conditions for removing phenolic acid are obtained by response surface methodology: n-hexane content is 16.69%, the elution temperature is 41.73˚C, and the elution time is 28.02 min. Under this condition, the phenolic acid content is less than 10 mg/kg, which meets national pharmacopoeia 2020.
