摘　　要：目的:对面部注射美容的并发症发生的机理以及防范措施予以探讨。方法:选取我院2016年6月接收的接受面部注射美容患者2例作为研究对象,对患者采取抢救治疗,对并发症的发生和预后进行分析。结果:2例患者并发症主要表现为:局部红肿瘀青、血管堵塞、动眼神经麻痹,经治疗后好转。结论:患者在接受面部注射美容时,往往会出现一定的并发症,并发症的严重程度与部位和注射方法有关。到正规机构进行正确操作可以降低并发症的发生。Objective: To investigate the complications and treatments after facial plastic injection of soft tissue filling agent. Methods: We observed 2 patients who admitted to our hospital and had received facial injection of soft tissue filling agent in June 2016. The injection related complications were properly treated and recorded for statistic analysis. Results: Early complications of these two patients included redness, bruising, blood vessel blocking, and nerve paralysis. All complications were managed accordingly on time and eliminated. Conclusion: Certain complications will occur when patients received facial injection. The severity of complications was related to the injected location and methods. Facial filler could be safe and effective when performed in the regular institution.
