多波长激光联合曲安奈德球后注射治疗非增殖性糖尿病性视网膜病变黄斑水肿的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:评价多波长氪黄激光联合曲安奈德球后注射治疗非增殖性糖尿病性视网膜病变黄斑水肿的临床效果。方法:收集确诊为非增殖性糖尿病性视网膜病变黄斑水肿的患者,经同质化筛选后,确定共93例(136眼)有效病例,进行随机分组:治疗组47例(72眼)使用多波长氪黄激光黄斑光凝联合曲安奈德球后注射治疗;对照组39例(64眼)仅多波长氪黄激光黄斑光凝。治疗后进行随访,观察比较患者最佳矫正视力(Best corrected visual acuity, BCVA)和黄斑中心凹厚度(Determination of macular retinal thickness, DMT)。结果:两组组内比较,治疗3个月后,两组的最佳矫正视力(BCVA)均比治疗前提高明显(P 0.05)。结论:多波长氪黄激光联合曲安奈德球后注射治疗非增殖性糖尿病性视网膜病变黄斑水肿的临床效果显著。Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of multi wavelength krypton yellow laser combined with retrobulbar injection of triamcinolone acetonide in the treatment of macular edema in non-prolife- rative diabetic retinopathy. Methods: 93 cases of 136 eyes macular edema in patients with non-pro- liferative diabetic retinopathy, 72 eyes of which treated by multiwavelength laser combined with retrobulbar injection of triamcinolone acetonide, another 64 eyes treated by multi-wavelength laser, detectting and comparing the two groups of patients before and after treat, include best corrected visual acuity and determination of macular retinal thickness. Results: The best corrected visual acuity increased more significantly compared with preoperative (P 0.05). Conclusion: The clinical effect of multi wavelength krypton yellow laser combined with retrobulbar injection of triamcinolone acetonide in the treatment of macular edema by nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy is significant.
