摘　　要：随着内镜系统、手术器械及相关解剖学的发展,经皮椎间孔入路及椎板间入路的临床操作因创伤小、临床效果显著等优势越来越受到相关学者的重视,逐渐应用到颈腰椎间盘突出症、颈腰椎管狭窄症及慢性腰痛等脊柱疾病的治疗中,临床效果显著。为了更迅速、全面的了解经皮椎间孔入路和经椎板间入路,本文就经椎间孔入路和经椎板间入路的技术操作进行综述。With the development of endoscope system, the intervertebral foramen pathway and the verte-bral plate pathway had been got more and more attention. It was gradually applied to the treatment of the neck and lumbar disc disease, spinal stenosis disease, chronic low back pain and other spinal diseases according to the small trauma and clinical effect. In order to understand the operation of the intervertebral foramen pathway and the vertebral plate pathway completely, a review had been summarized.
